Mercedes Services
Our hourly rates are one of the lowest in the city of Houston for this caliber of shop. We don’t have a matrix price structure like other dealerships have. We have a fixed per hour repair fee. We don’t charge you for unnecessary parts and services. We use a standard labor guide to determine hours to repair a vehicle. We don’t guesstimate repairs like smaller private shops. We will explain in detail what is required and why. If you have any question on your services, please feel free to ask us to explain. We want to make sure you know what you are paying for.

We follow the manufacturer’s guidelines on these services. Service reminders are reset at the end of each service. We do NOT offer service reminder reset service if you have worked on your own car or had another shop perform these services.
Customers are required to schedule appointments online or via phone.
We don’t like to recommend services without seeing the vehicle first. Many customers are shopping around and will call us to get pricing, but we would like to verify that these services are actually required. We don’t like to up sell unnecessary services. We follow Mercedes Factory scheduled maintenance schedules and offer BG product chemical services for routine vehicle upkeep.
Most late model Mercedes vehicles offer a flexible service system which will tell the end user what services are due in their instrument cluster. Older model Mercedes vehicles will have to follow a maintenance schedule.
